Hired Law Firm

I have had cause to use Mr. Bannon on numerous occasions due to car accidents. He has always been attentive to my needs, keeps me informed as to where the case stands and is a true advocate for me as his client. He was even able to step in when what I thought was a simple rear-end collision got complicated, and the other person's insurance didn't want to cover my necessary ongoing medical care. His staff is also excellent and have been with him for years. I highly recommend him.

Hired Attorney Rick Bannon

He didn't believe I was really hurt and didn't fight to get me enough money. The doctors he sent me to told me I wasn't in any pain,however, my husband has to help me get out of bed at night to go to the restroom because I can't sit up in bed due to pain in my back and I go to a pain management doctor once a month for therapy and pain pills so that I can function somewhat normally. The amount of money he got for me was exhausted within one and a half years and I am permanently injured.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
