Marc F. Plotnick, our founding attorney, is driven by an unyielding passion for justice and a profound love for aiding people during their most challenging times. As a second-generation attorney, Marc’s exposure to the legal field began in his youth. His father, a respected lawyer, instilled in him the values of dedication and hard work, demonstrating how these qualities could empower clients to transform their lives.
Operating out of our St. Petersburg office, Marc derives immense satisfaction from assisting individuals who have stumbled onto the wrong path. In his practice, Marc does not merely defend clients – he advocates for their futures. Successfully preventing a conviction or expunging a client’s record delivers more than just legal victory; it offers individuals the chance to break free from past mistakes and to start anew.
Marc’s career is punctuated by several distinguished roles. He has served as an Assistant State Attorney, a Prosecutor for both the Child Abuse and Domestic Violence Divisions, and as Lead Trial Attorney in the State Attorney’s Office. These experiences have seen him practicing in a variety of court settings, from Felony and Misdemeanor courts to Traffic Court, honing his legal acumen and trial skills.
Educationally, Marc holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. He furthered his legal knowledge with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the esteemed University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
