After my husband passed away last year, I realized that I needed professional advice in putting my final wishes in place. I felt that I needed an estate plan but had no idea how to begin the process. My financial advisor gave me several names and I chose Legacy Protection Lawyers. I’m so happy I did. Before I made the first appointment, I was sent a comprehensive questionnaire to give them an overview of my situation and what I wanted to accomplish. When I met with Erica, the process couldn’t have gone smoother. She guided me through the process of setting up a trust, rewriting my will, setting up power of attorney for both my finances and my health. Erica answered questions that I didn’t even know I had. After some emails back and forth, she was ready for me to come in and sign everything. Hired Attorney Joseph (Jay) Fleece III

Jay is an excellent lawyer. We hired him after interviewing 12 other attorneys. We had a good feeling about Jay right away and knew he had many years of experience and knowledge litigating trusts. Our case was very complicated and Jay was there every step of the way. When an obstacle arose, Jay always figured out a solution. He is an excellent estate litigation and estate-planning attorney. Jay is professional, efficient, compassionate, and accessible. I would highly recommend him.

Legacy Protection Lawyers is THE place to obtain all your estate planning documents. Attorney William B. McQueen and Attorney Nicole S. Bell are true experts in the field. They completed nine quality legal estate planning documents for my spouse and I each. Paralegal Nicole Murphy and the entire LPL staff were always available, friendly and resourceful. I recommend visiting their excellent website for information regarding LPL, their attorneys, and information regarding estate legal planning.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
