Hired Law Firm

He'd inform me of "my" strategy just before hearings in the courtroom hallway. He refused to fight for timesharing with my children, saying that I just needed closure. When the judge made a temporary order giving me more time with my daughter than Attorney Kennedy requested (but still less than what I wanted), Attorney Kennedy tried to block it. I had to order a transcript to prove to him what the judge said, and then he wrote an order giving me my daughter too vague to be enforced by police.

Hired Attorney Mr. James Kennedy Jr.

He used to be a fabulous lawyer. Once he joined City Council he let his law firm go down hill. He no longer returned your call. You could never get in touch with him. He was always busy with the Council stuff.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
