Charles R. Gallagher III, Esq. is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law and Rollins College. He has been in practice since 2001, specializing in Consumer Litigation, including Real Estate, Banking, Insurance and Debt matters. Charles is an active member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also an active philanthropist, in which he endorses childhood cancer causes. Additionally, he sits on various non-profit boards. He is a wonderful attorney.

I retained Charles and his team to help me with some consumer debt issues. He did a great job in getting favorable settlements on multiple accounts. He followed through on what his plan was and did a wonderful job. While I hope I don't need him in the future, I will call him if I ever have problems in the future.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
