Assuming Frederick Mouser is 'Rick' Mouser of Mouser & Mouser, P.A., in St. Petersburg, FL, this is the most vile, rude, and incompetent individual I have ever worked with in any capacity, in any industry or profession. Please do NOT put yourself through the torture of interacting with this individual on any level, much less as his client.
