About Elizabeth Greer

Ms. Greer received her undergraduate degree from The University of Denver in 1995 and her law degree from The University of Miami School of Law in 1998.

Ms. Greer began her law career as a felony staff attorney for judges in the 10th Judicial Circuit in Bartow, FL, where she gained insight into trial work from behind the bench. Seeking trial experience, Ms. Greer joined the State Attorney’s Office for the 10th Judicial Circuit, where she worked as an Assistant State Attorney felony line prosecutor. Ms. Greer secured many significant convictions, including Life Felony, 10-20-Life, and PRR cases. Upon leaving the SAO, Ms. Greer practiced as a criminal defense and family law attorney for ten years.

In 2012, Ms. Greer accepted a unique opportunity to work as in-house counsel for a dynamic Largo, Florida-based corporation operating in the highly regulated armed private security industry and public safety arena. In this role, Ms. Greer’s areas of practice included contract law, regulatory compliance, licensing, administrative law, trademark law, and complex civil litigation in conjunction with outside counsel.

In 2017, Ms. Greer returned to private practice working for a personal injury firm where she focused exclusively on Social Security disability cases, managing cases from intake through resolution. During this time, Ms. Greer advocated for clients in well over 100 hearings across central Florida.

Ms. Greer then moved to Colorado to be near family. There she worked as corporate counsel for a security and defense company as well as a legal consultant for the University of Denver.

Ms. Greer returned to Florida in 2026 to resume spirited advocacy of clients from all walks of life and was offered a position with Morgan & Morgan as a workers’ compensation attorney. Ms. Greer’s background in litigation and social security disability allows her to represent injured workers in their claims to receive medical and lost wage benefits with both confidence and compassion.
