James Law Group, LLC. is a law firm established in 1977 with an office in St. Peters, MO. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing civil rights, civil practice, criminal law and 10 other areas of law.
Charlie James is result oriented, if you want it done- he's the lawyer to hire. I live in a different county then where the alleged crimes occurred. After endless calls with (what felt like) money hungry attorneys, I was directed to James Law Group. Charlie was willing to meet me in my county to discuses options. He wants to make partnerships- not a quick client $$$$ The case went to trial and Mr. James provided the results I paid for, WE WON! Timely, responsive, knowledgeable and not to mention funny. Best lawyer if you're feeling overwhelmed.
Mr. James was a very professional lawyer with a lot of experience and knowledge. I had a very hard case and he was able to get everything wiped off of my record. His assistants and him would always keep me updated right away when they would find out something new about the case. Also not very expensive for all of his knowledge. I would recommend him to family and friends.
This was not a case that was a option to loose. I fired my first attorney who is a popular attorney here as he informed me this case was impossible to win. I hired Charlie James/James Law Group who did a excellent job and got all charges dismissed! I have hired several attorneys in the past and James Law Group provided the most excellent and professional services I have experienced.
Hiring David was the biggest mistake of my life. When interviewing attorneys to take my case, I wanted to make sure that they were a fighter. I was up against falsified police reports in order to protect their own. David was the opposite of a fighter. His trial strategy was that the prosecution would loose it for themselves. He allowed all kinds of manipulated evidence to be presented and made no motions to suppress any evidence. Not only was I victimized by the police department, the person I hired for a whole lot of money did nothing to protect me. I am not sure if David was just not comfortable going toe to toe challenging the officers directly or if he was just off. The officer making the arrest assaulted me and I think that David was out of his realm of comfort in directly calling them out. If I could have a do over, David would not be my attorney of choice.
