Hired Law Firm

Communication, quality of advice and unprofessional/unethical behaviors were experienced with this firm. While I could share many examples pertaining to the above issues, the following is most telling. Upon receipt of a divorce decree that was riddled with errors and omissions of important evidence, I had informed my attorney Marsha McDowall-Nix of my intentions to get these errors amended only to be informed via email of the short filing requirement and her withdrawal as my attorney.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
