I didn't personally work with Michele, but my, now ex-husband did. She told him not to call her and would send emails and documents to my lawyer without his knowledge. I had to give him copies of letters, emails, and decrees, because he wasn't even copied. She never got back to his requests and now is holding everything up by not signing the decree that all other parties have signed. I honestly don't know how she is in business.
I had a terrible experience with Michele. She has spent more time defending herself than actually doing work. She promised things but didn’t follow through. She was ill prepared for my mediation. She didn’t provide items to the opposing council. She wasn’t responsive at all. I plan on filing a complaint because she took my full retainer while not sending bills and claiming to do work I never saw. Other attorneys have said her work has gone down hill. She was nasty to me when I confronted her for her lack of responsiveness and work completed in a timely fashion. I terminated her services because of this and incompetence. I wasted $5k I didn’t have.
