Marcus P. Gatto is an accomplished attorney with significant experience in personal injury law, handling a wide range of cases from initial client consultation through hearings, trials, and appeals. He values strong attorney-client relationships and takes a hands-on approach to every phase of litigation. Fluent in Spanish, Marcus has conducted most of his legal practice in Florida exclusively in Spanish, serving the immigrant community and advocating for their rights—particularly in cases involving access to public benefits for Cuban and Haitian immigrants. His background also includes extensive public speaking, community engagement, and negotiation with governmental entities through the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center.
