Hired Attorney Ms Joan Lucas

Joan was the right attorney at the right time. I was up against someone with deeper pockets, but Joan helped me to fight for what I knew was right. It was long, and expensive, due to the others parties lawyer and attempts to delay. I owe the life I am able to live now to Joan. I strongly recommend her. This is a huge decision and not the best time to bargain shop. I paid for the expertise I received. My life and that of my child is better for having utilize Ms. Lucas.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
