I had no representation, because they wanted yet even more money. I paid out over $3000 for absolutely nothing. One short hearing, and I end up losing.

Victoria abused discretion in a harassment case where the responded admitted to cyberstalking and victoria as a referee decided to defend the white admitting criminal respondent free of charge. and failed to submit all evidence to the judge. she continued to speculate the facts and evidence given and failed to do what she was sworn to do under oath and bring justice to me (a person or color) who has been being harassed by this responded who’s admitted to doing so in the evidence for nearly 8 years. this has caused me hell and i’ve moved accross the country to get away from the harasser and victoria failed to bring justice and failed to do what she was sworn to do under oath. now i have to file and appeal with my old attorney and i’ve made several complaints about this to the judicial branch as it is disgusting to have someone who abuses discretion & fails to bring justice to victims on the judicial bench of minnesota… absolutely horrible.
