Hired Attorney

Mr. Casserly willingly took on my very small case. Without exception he made me feel as though I was his most important client. This was stunning to me given Mr. Casserly’s seniority. His response time to all communications was amazing. The depth of his knowledge about the specifics of my case was outstanding. He consistently advised me of all legal options, but was also willing to pursue avenues of my choosing. My case was extremely emotional for me. The most important piece of Mr. Casserly’s work with me aside from his superior competence, was his compassion, patience and non judgmental stance. There were several occasions where I felt moved to tears by the strength of his support and kindness. I will forever be grateful Mr. Casserly represented and above all cared for me during a very difficult time in my life.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
