Not very helpful. Described to me what my landlord SHOULD be doing, with respect to his HOA, but unfortunately, did not give me any legal advice on what *I* could do, to apply pressure to my landlord. Even if something is the HOA's responsibility, I also have rights through my lease with my landlord, and my landlord is still responsible to ME to go complain to the HOA, even if the HOA is ultimately the party that delivers those services. I had to figure out all of these things on my own, and where the legal mechanisms were to put pressure on my landlord to ask for important services to be delivered, but Greg Ludvigsen was not helpful in this matter.
