I hired Ms. Cincotta as our case came to a two part trial (primary and secondary). I hired her specifically to preserve my rights for appeal. She took my original case file, and rather than copy and return it, she held onto it. At the first most important primary trial, she came unprepared to my primary case trial and caused it to be withdrawn. At the second trial, without ever discussing with me what to expect or what her plan was, withdrew from my case 6 days before trial. As she never explained her plan, nor prepared me, nor copied me on communications, I was in the dark. If that was not bad enough, after she withdrew, she wrote to the judge, opposing counsel and disparaged me and lied so I could not get a continuance to have time to seek new counsel nor prepare. The judge talked about some of this in court on the record. Then I find out from my witness that after she withdrew she told my witness not to testify to what I subpoenaed her to testify to. She’s dangerous stay away
She is a Danger to Society. She is directly or indirectly involved with the disappearance of my children and their mother. At minimum she looked there other way & is trying to cover it up. I can Prove it. If cencored, lawsuits might be filed
