W. Scott Rose is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Rose Legal Services. With a background in both private practice and federal courts, Scott brings more than 25 years of legal experience to his leadership and client advocacy.
He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University, followed by his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. After clerking for a federal district court judge and working in litigation for other law firms, Scott launched Rose Legal Services in 2011 with a clear mission: to deliver high-quality criminal defense with a client-first approach.
Scott is passionate about criminal law and finds deep purpose in representing individuals. He is committed to making sure every client not only gets a strong defense, but also feels fully supported throughout the legal process.
