Timothy George Maxwell

Back in 2012, I called Timothy to take care of some Ill tickets since I had moved to MO and couldn’t show up to court due to car issues. I was a 21 year old, single mother and paying a taxi every day to get to and from work. I sent pymnt over the phone after speaking with him and faxed over my case #s, my phone #, and a personal note apologizing for me waiting so long to take care of them. I got a rec’d receipt. It’s still clipped together in my filing box today with my important documents. Months later, I never heard back from him (assumed it was taken care of) I was searching my name on Illinois court records and saw I had 4 warrants out for my arrest (cost me $1000 I had to borrow from my step dad). I called him to reach an understanding and he told me I never sent him any information and called me his worst client ever, irresponsible, a few vulgar things, when in actuality he lost my paperwork. What a terrible experience my younger self went through.
