My wife and I got Mr. Henderson to be the trustee for our parent's trusts. He doesn't answer our emails or letters. He plays favorites--a trustee must be impartial. His financial reports are questionable. When we uncovered his attempt to takeover our family lumber business, he hired one of the best lawyers in St. Louis to represent him--at the trust expense. We also hired a great lawyer--and exposed Mr. Henderson. He is currently withholding the final distribution of our family estate. We would never do business with this lawyer again nor would we recommend him. Anyone that does hire him, need to ask him about complaints filed against him with the Missouri Disciplinary Counsel in Jefferson City. If he says, "no," then run.
