Susan developed from my first period of work with her when she was in private practice--then she seemed not inclined to fight for me against older established male lawyers. She was very thorough, responsive and detailed. However, when I raised some issues about something done by another male lawyer she was not willing to investigate and threatened to discontinue serving me. We get jerked around like that by lawyers.
