Not only did Susan take a simple matter and blow it up well beyond the fees that should have been charged, she discussed my personal case with a person outside of her law firm that I have direct contact with. It wasn't worth the time to pursue the matter so I let it go. She is very unprofessional in my opinion and a prime example of a lawyer that lacks integrity.
