Hired Attorney

Steve was involved created our shareholder operating agreements on behalf of our firm. When requesting changes be made made amongst the shareholders, he then was retained by an individual shareholder when the changes were made. This was a direct conflict of interest and the issue is still ongoing today. In a conference with all the shareholders, he attempted to threaten everyone in a method of extortion.
