This firm’s conduct in my family law matter fell well below the standard of professional competence and ethical diligence expected of Missouri attorneys. They submitted filings on my behalf without my informed consent, disregarded statutory requirements under § 452.315, and failed to secure a verified affidavit or schedule a mandatory hearing. Their withdrawal came only after procedural damage had been done, leaving me as a pro se litigant to correct errors they created. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issues professionally, I received minimal communication and no accountability. I have since filed emergency motions to vacate their defective order and am pursuing legal recourse for the harm caused. I cannot recommend Bardol Law to any client with serious legal needs. Their work product and client service demonstrate a disregard for process, transparency, and duty of care.
