Riezman Berger, P.C. is a law firm established in 1974 with an office in St. Louis, MO. At this office location, there are 23 lawyers practicing mergers and acquisitions, administrative law, antitrust and 36 other areas of law.
Fred displayed an expertise and working knowledge of business law and formation of LLCs, and other business. He was prompt in getting his work done, and is always responsive to my calls.

I just submitted a claim to the Missouri court official office of discipline and removal on this judge. He recently ruled on a case that had no credible threats or violations to extend an OP and did so. Not only did he extend, but auto renewed it with 0 proof of harm or probable harm to plaintiff. I also am asking the discipline committe to investigate his ties to previous judge on the case, and ties to the plaintiffs counsel who has a foundation ran by a former St.Louis county judge. I will also be filing a new hearing and appeal.
Considering they got a free ride through covid and then they want to sue people for credit card debt and low debt because of covid!! I would not let them represent your company what a fraud!!!! Here was their free ride
