Do not hire Richard Keyes. He will ghost your emails and calls for weeks. Cannot complete a title transfer properly. Took two years to settle a simple estate because he forced issues into court that were not necessary. Three trips into probate court and he lost every argument. Worthless and dishonest. Allowed his client to not document assets of the estate and their final status. Estate items worth thousands were just gone with no record. Literally threatened the opposition with the police if they challenged the location of estate assets.
