This guy took $1,400 to file 2 "In Rem" cases where the petition is routine & rubber stamped. After a few minutes of office visit, he set up a calendar date for the case to get rubber stamped, and told to meet at court 1/2 hour early (pretty standard stuff). When the date came, he wasn't there a half hour early: HE NEVER SHOWED UP AT ALL! The judge took pity on us after 4 hrs of waiting, and approved the cases without him. REFUSED REFUND OF ANY FEES! $1400 for a ten minute conference?!?!?!
