Pari does not pay his bills. My husband has a small HVAC company and did work for him. He refuses to pay his bills. Is this the type of lawyer you want to represent you? He is ghosting us and not paying his bills. Do not trust this man
I have had extremely poor experience of Pari. He’s not good… Here’s why: 1. He took my case my immigration case. Basically he had told me the total case fee is $1200... but afterwards, few months later one time he got upset at me for something and started asking me to pay him extra $600 to continue the case. He may take advantage of you, financially, … be aware. 3. Pari also took my little brother’s immigration case. During the case, some of my brother’s documents got rejected. Pari simply ignored it and NEGLECTED TO INFORM US that the documents had been rejected for MONTHS and when finally we found out, we were very upset because because of his inefficiency, the case got delayed by months. 3. I needed case related career advice. (I was planning to change my career). I consulted Pari. Hindsight being 20/20, he gave me poor advice which caused problems for me. I wouldn’t trust his professional advice, big or small… just saying. All in all very poor experience of him as a lawyer
Date of transaction - 2023/2024 Pari sheth is a lawyer who was working on our immigration process. He neglected to communicate properly, check the documents submitted, and neglected to update us on the case. I found out through my self by calling his office that the documents for immigration had not beed accepted for SEVERAL months and I need to submit more documents. He told us now the we are in the process of just getting the interview date and nothing else needed to be done. Putting us in false security. When asked to talk to him he refused to talk and said "good luck your case is dismissed". Very horrible experience. I also spoke couple other members of family who also had similar experience with him. He is a shrewd man and after the money and doesn't do his job right. Very disrespectful.
