In the beginning Matt was good. We went over things and he filed my motion. Soon after that he got appointed to the bench and he passed me off to his partner, Brian Bendick. That was in Sept. I was notified soon after. Brian never got a court date to see this through. Then Brian stopped returning my calls and now his phone is out of service. I have called Matt at his new place of employment. He has not returned my calls. I paid a retainer and I want it back so I can get new council. I want Matt or Brian to contact me so we can work that out and get a resolution to my issue.
