I just submitted a claim to the Missouri court official office of discipline and removal on this judge. He recently ruled on a case that had no credible threats or violations to extend an OP and did so. Not only did he extend, but auto renewed it with 0 proof of harm or probable harm to plaintiff. I also am asking the discipline committe to investigate his ties to previous judge on the case, and ties to the plaintiffs counsel who has a foundation ran by a former St.Louis county judge. I will also be filing a new hearing and appeal.
