Did not stay through deposition of accused parties. His personal and family issues got in the way of follow-through of case. Basically could have gotten the same outcome without a lawyer.
I hv used this lawyer since I got my first traffic ticket at 16 yrs old. He has been like a family lawyer. He could have gotten better out comes on some of my cases thru the yrs if he had applied more effort. But the one case that was the most important was my mother's "Will" instead of a "Will" he did "Quik Claim Deed" something I told him several times I would take care of. He asked myself, my brother questions about if something happened to me or my brother who would get what she was leaving to me & him. Asked my mother several questions to determine her state of mind. We left there without a copy bc we thought when the time comes Joe's office would hv it. That was the safest place for it so we thought. After her passing is when we learned of his mistake & now I'm about to be homeless with cancer something that my mother didn't want being her only daughter out of 6 kids. Joe refuses to return my calls or correct his mistake.
