    • Represented life insurance company in its $35 million first lien involving term financing of a Florida citrus farm that featured an estate guarantee, U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) federal crop insurance, an intercreditor agreement with the operating lender, and secured irrigation district water rights.

    • Represented national agricultural lending company in the development of its master-credit agreement form documents for the origination of term, revolving, equipment, livestock, seed, construction and letter of credit facilities.

    • Represented life insurance company in the origination of a $10 million mortgage loan to an open-ended investment fund secured by a 7,000-acre, irrigated, leased, cotton farm in Georgia.

    • Counsel for life insurance company in $23 million financing for California vineyard and winery operator.

    • Represented life insurance company in $14 million financing of grain mill operator with facilities in three states.

    • Represented a regional bank in a $125 million syndicated, revolving financing of publicly traded company.

    • Represented investment banking company in the resolution of a $55 million leasehold mortgage secured by an assisted-living facility.

    • Advised a commercial bank in $35 million credit facility for seven ski resorts located in five states.

    • Represented local bank in $25 million secured, revolving, and syndicated credit facility to residential development company.
