About Jerome C. Simon

Jerome C. Simon received his B.A. in English Literature in 1974, cum laude, from Saint Louis University and his J.D. from Saint Louis University in 1978. He was a contributing author to the Saint Louis University Law Journal and Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper, University News. He was also a Fulbright scholarship nominee in 1973 and is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society. Jerry was admitted to the Bar in Missouri in 1978 and the Bar in Illinois in 1981. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court in both the Eastern District of Missouri and Southern District of Illinois as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal, Seventh and Eighth Circuits. Jerry authored, "Attacking the Crimes on Premises Problem" and co-authored "Premises Liability Survey and Product Liability Law Update". He also lectures frequently at Continuing Legal Education seminars and trial practice seminars, particularly in the area of premises and hospitality litigation, construction, and toxic torts.
