If you want a lawyer who does nothing for your case, doesn't return phone calls for up to 30 days, makes promises to represent you in all aspects of a case then takes only the easy payout with Workers Comp, sends you to a diabetic specialist for a broken ankle rating then he is the lawyer for you!! Just before the private part of my cases statute of limitations expires I get a "we do not want to represent this part of the case" even though there were 30 witnesses, with not one deposition!
