He was caring and completlely helpful in a stressful situation. He always took the time to explain the processes and the things I needed to do.
Guy basically took my money and ran. Added no value in the process. Told me in court it was possible we could’ve argued my speeding ticket down. But apparently after 5 months of radio silence from him. That it was my fault for pestering him. And he was just going to leave community service at 40 hrs. Also said everything would be handled in court by him. But yet I still had to show up.
Jason Fauss will take your money and then ignore you. He won't return text messages, e mails, or voicemails. I've done everything he has requested and he has abandoned me. Was suppose to file bankruptcy and has only communicated with me by accidently picking up the phone not knowing it was a client on the other line. Thought it was his daughter's school. This has gone on for over seven months. I've asked for my money and documents back over a month ago and have heard nothing. He's paid to help people with financial stress. He has added to my stress. Totally takes advantage of people who pay him for his help. Do not use this clown.
