As a sole practitioner, I have been in practice on my own since February, 1992. Prior to that, I was employed in private practice by a number of different law firms since my admission to the Bar in October, 1986. That varied private practice allowed me to be exposed to a number of different areas of practice and to allow me to choose which particular areas of practice to concentrate on which would best fit my personality, ethics and professional abilities. Since February, 1992, I have helped hundreds of individuals and businesses with the kind of professional and personal attention that has allowed my practice to grow through referrals of satisfied clients. My office handles legal matters in the following practice areas: Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Dram Shop Liability, General Civil Trial and Appellate Practice.

Hired Attorney James G. Krispin

He was responsible for changing case law regarding the Dram Shop Act. This was for the benefit of victims and their loved ones. You need an experienced personal injury trial attorney. The insurance companies use only in-house counsel or firms where personal injury/workers compensation is their specialty. You need to level the legal playing field when it comes to your case.

When the incident happened with our son, I felt completely helpless and lost. I reached out to a few people and Jim was very compassionate and eager to help us. He explained the process very well and kept us informed regularly. He is very easy to talk to and made us comfortable the entire way. He stays on top of things and is very thorough. The situation is sensitive and he remained professional and courteous. My son felt comfortable which was important to his father and I. We highly recommend Jim Krispin.

Although I do understand the current saying as; "No one gets 5 stars-there's always room for improvement..." However-in this particular case-I can only give Five Stars across the board to Mr. Krispin. I have employed Mr Krispin-and his Firm-off and on-for several years now, and they've always done an exceptional job.
