Arrogant know-it-all; very rude and condescending. He did not aid me in any way and let my ex spouse reign over all decisions; he prejudged me before we ever got to court. Paid more attention to ex spouse lawyer than whole proceedings.
July of 2007 I paid a $1000.00 retainer fee to Hensic, provided him with all documents,and requested prompt action on his part. He submitted at least 3 continuences,only 1 was I notified of, and didn't inform me of anything. I called the office in Dec. to check on progress and was informed by his office that he was not proceeding with the case. NEVER was I notified of his withdrawl. If you want to pay a lot for nothing, this is the place to go.
