Elizabeth C. McNulty - Successor Counsel Simon Law Firm represented me in a medical malpractice complaint between the years 2019-2024 that was tried in the 21st Judicial Circuit in St. Louis County Missouri. Case # 19SL-CC04680. Lead counsel From February 2019 - June 2024 was (redacted) Mo. Bar # 65531 and upon his withdrawal Elizabeth C. McNulty Mo. Bar # 72026 was appointed lead counsel. After a failed mediated settlement agreement conference wherein at which time (redacted) shared privileged information with opposing counsel and on December 22, 2025 a formal bar complaint was delivered to the Office Of Chief Disciplinary counsel naming (redacted) as respondent citing several violations of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct. Complainant (redacted) is now proceeding to compose a formal bar complaint naming Elizabeth C. McNulty, successor counsel as respondent also citing several violations of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct.
