Dobson, Berns & Rich, LLP is a seven-attorney law firm located in St. Louis, Missouri. For more than 50 years, we have dedicated ourselves to protecting employee rights and obtaining compensation for the injured.

Our experienced attorneys represent clients in Missouri and Illinois and practice in the areas of employment law, labor law, workers' compensation, and personal injury. We represent employees in many types of employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistle blowing, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act. In addition, our firm has developed a solid reputation for aggressively representing the rights of injured workers in workers' compensation claims, and we have a long history of representing labor unions in negotiations and arbitrations. We also handle personal injury claims involving automobile accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, slip and fall injuries, and wrongful death.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
