David has not really done much to help us and we continue to get billed for services he provided that we could have done ourselves. We have been disappointed by his outcomes, as they do not help us at all.
I believe his work for me was average and neither worsened nor improved my outcome. I believe he could have worked harder for my case, especially since it involved my long-term employment. He did not question, nor explain, some matters that seem unjust to me, nor did he give much advice on what I could do for myself. Although a lay person, I still have knowledge about what my rights are and what would be reasonable to at least request and argue about.
