I first contacted Attorney David Heimos because of his word of mouth reputation among local attorneys for being very knowledgeable and experienced with employment law. He agreed to take my case at a very reasonable rate. From filing my case in court, to a very lengthy and overwhelming discovery process, and final resolution, David was diligent, determined, and compassionate. He litigated well against the aggressive and zealous legal defense team of attorneys that represented my former employer. David helped with the overwhelming amount of documents and info I had to provide. He was persistent and creative in getting the documents and info we needed from others. We had several depositions, even after David defeated my former employer's Motion for Summary Judgment and convinced the Court to schedule a jury trial.
