They do lots of bankruptcies so it's an in and out feel, like you are one of the herd. But on the positive side to that, they have the routine and judges down pat so it was a breeze. They knew what to expect and prepared you for it.

The only problem I had was them communicating better. I got the run a round on a couple of occasions when I called with questions. Also there were some papers that were required that they did not tell us about and it prolonged getting finished with the process.
