About Brad Elkin

Brad practices personal injury litigation. He spent the early part of his legal career as a prosecutor for the Office of the Circuit Attorney in the City of St. Louis. During his tenure with the Office of the Circuit Attorney, Brad tried multiple felony cases – including violent crimes – to jury verdict while also handling dozens of fraud investigations as a member of the White-Collar Fraud Unit. After a number of years helping crime victims get justice, Brad shifted his practice away from criminal law and into civil litigation when he joined a firm that specialized in representing insurance companies and their insureds. Although he handled a variety of matters at this firm over the next four years, defending personal injury cases throughout Missouri and Illinois made up the bulk of his work. After spending four years working on behalf of large insurance companies, Brad shifted his practice to helping those harmed through no fault of their own secure fair resolutions for their damages.

Brad has handled all stages of litigation from investigation to trial as he seeks to get each client the best possible result.
