About Anna Marchiony

Anna Marchiony is an Associate Attorney at Frank & Juengel Law Group who truly believes that every person deserves a strategic and vigorous defense. Before becoming a lawyer, Anna worked in child protection for the Department of Children’s Services in Ohio, where she investigated abuse cases and led community outreach. Her academic record is just as impressive. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. During her time there, she didn’t sit on the sidelines. She worked with the Ohio Innocence Project on wrongful convictions and represented clients in federal appeals through the Sixth Circuit Clinic. She even interned with the Missouri State Public Defender’s office. Anna’s background in everything from trial prep to post-conviction relief means she knows how to fight for her clients at every single stage of the legal process.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
