Amy Elizabeth Hoch Hogenson

Amy is a strong lawyer who knows how to stand against bullies and their lawyers. She fights with knowledge of the law, and she is not intimidated by those people. She is attentive to details, and her recommendations are solid. She is accessible, and she does listen to the points that we discuss. I had 2 lawyers before I switched to her, and she delivered.

I couldn’t disagree more with these other reviews. I’ve dealt with several different attorneys in the past several years and must say that Amy was by far the best for many reasons but most important being her professionalism which causes Everything else to fall into place. She is an excellent litigator,very organized in trial and otherwise. Her communication was like none other,I knew that I would get a response quickly and get my questions answered and at necessary times received immediate responses. Her compassion was great,I know that she truly cared about my case and everything I was going through. I can’t stress enough that as a client you have do your part when it comes to organization, documentation,communication and behavior. If you’re willing and able to do that you will make any attorneys job easier and with Amy I don’t see how you can fail. Furthermore,I never once felt that I was billed unfairly. I can’t Thank Amy and PCB enough for their representation.

I felt in the beginning she had my best interest at heart but as time went on I learned she was all about self and wasn't being upfront about the situation. I agree that she had me believing one thing and then came back with something different. Very unprofessional cursing at her clients, yelling and losing control showed it all for me. I was not allowed to talk to the GAL and was told that my previous lawyer talked bad of me to the other attorneys so I looked bad. Never got back to me in a timely manner on important situations and was very bias. Always quoted the laws but was doing what she said she was going to do when we sat down and talked about my situation. I don't feel Amy was representing me like she should have she didn't explain things to me just told me what to do an when I did it didn't turn out how she said it would.

I would have been better off representing myself! How she made it through law school is beyond me. She's and overpriced sorry excuse for a lawyer. Do not hire her he will rip you off!

She gave poor advice, never followed through on things she said she would, would not let me speak with the GAL involved, always tried to add additional fees on (advised the GAL, CPA, etc), would say one thing then do another. When I found new representation, it only confirmed how poorly my case was handled.
