Rhonda did my estate planning, including Power of Attorney, Will, and Ladybird Deed, and she also formed an LLC for my photography business. Throughout the process, both she and her staff patiently explained every question I had. I was being fussy at times because I had some personal stress, but they still were so steady and helpful. Rhonda is both confident and compassionate. It's clear that she's an expert in the law, but what stood out most, is that she really cares about people, and that she loves her job. Rhonda M Clark has been my lawyer for the past few years.I chose Rhonda based on the recommendations of friends and people I have met that worked in the health care field dealing with elder law. After moving back to Michigan, I needed to update our powers of attorney to comply with Michigan law. Rhonda recommended setting up a trust for our house, which we did, thankfully, or I would no longer have my house. My wife is now in a nursing home. Thanks to Rhonda, who handled the medicaid application, which was approved very quickly, my words, I still own my house. During the process the staff made me feel like part of the family.. I would, and have, recommended Rhonda M Clark to anyone looking for a lawyer, especially and elder care lawyer.

Our Estate planning and trust requirements were quite complex dealing with three generations, the family farm and several LLCs. Rhonda and Tammy did an amazing job of creating a map of where we wanted to be and then guiding us on the journey, eventually reaching our goal. We feel very confident that if something should happen to one of our family, the estate will be distributed according to our wishes and in full compliance with the law. Rhonda's law firm has given us a great peace of mind with all our legal concerns.

I called and expected to speak with Rhonda and was put through to somebody on her "legal team" that made me feel like I was trying to rip my mother off, as I has questions about putting the house in my name before she passed away for tax reasons (assuming I outlive her) I also had questions about a will and some annuity questions but never got to that as I was already offended by the attitude of the "legal team member" I have POA and tried to explain this but got the run around. VERY turned off by the whole experince, and still looking for an attorney.
