Hired Attorney

Amy Byrd is corrupt and supports fraud in Government. In 2022, my dog was stolen by John and Marnie Mefford through fraudulent documents created by Arie-Anne Bookout and Animal Control Director Tiffany Peterson. I complained to the SJ Charter Township Police and they refused to investigate. I contacted Amy Byrd, and instead of investigating my complaint, she sent the complaint back to the police department that refused to investigate. Ever since then, ALL OF THEM have been committing perjury and retaliating against me through malicious prosecution ENABLED BY AMY BYRD. They are all blonde hair and blue eyed accomplices…if you know what I mean. Robert Byrd was a klansman in Government… I wonder if it is just a coincidence that Amy Byrd applies prejudicial enforcement of the law, allowing white nationalists to steal my property, and then she files criminal charges against me when I complained. These people are so corrupt and incompetent it is sickening.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
