Hired Attorney

Ms. Dugan has been a rock for me. In my area of need, she was quick to respond, thorough, dedicated to the cause, and very patient with me as well. She fought to seek my medical care and settlement. I was exceptionally pleased with her professionalism and her efforts.

Hired Attorney

Terrible atty! Spoke on phone Maybe 3 times in 3.5 years! Already had a case with same employer "Conflict of interest"! Pretty sure I was sacrificed for her to win bigger case with same Employer! Never Ever contacted my Union rep! I dealt with and got more information from opposing Atty than she did! She asked me why I couldn't get an atty in my home town and I said they don't want to travel to Indianapolis! She said "that's just ridiculous " and then 3.5 yrs later she used that excuse to withdraw from my case! After 3.5 yrs of wasted time, no other atty would help me! She sacrifices certain individual cases to benefit her larger cases! I would not recommend this Attorney to handle any case, she will leave you hanging and eventually will withdraw! Duggan knew she was going to use me as a pawn from the get go, due to HER soliciting me on line after I posted that I needed an atty! SHE Called me after learning who my employer was! She caused me to try to kill myself, ruined my life!
