Mr. Truman, the founding member of Truman & Radford, has been representing individuals and businesses in lawsuits since 1988. He began his legal career with the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis, in Chicago, Illinois, representing such clients as Motorola, Dunn & Bradstreet and Hughes Aircraft Co. Mr. Truman enjoys complex litigation. He also is passionate about helping folks who have been injured by the carelessness of others to obtain fair and adequate compensation for their harms and losses.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
