In a recent experience on a real estate foreclosure with James Spendlove & his team, it's been the complete opposite of my past experience for the worst. In fact, I don't think if I would have been on top of dates and requesting tasks be started or following up on tasks, the foreclosure process wouldn't have ever been completed! In a Foreclosure, you need a team that is on top of the dates and is timely in getting things processed & submitted to the courts/County immediately & as quickly as possible. This was not the case with my experience & I had to continually follow up & request updates & tasks be completed because there was complete disregard for anything timely on their end. In fact, once the foreclosure bid was conducted at the county courthouse, it took over 21 days for the firm to record a the necessary deed to take ownership of the property. I still have not heard back from them regarding the delay. I also had issues regarding non-disclosed fees, incorrect billing&poor comm
