he handled my divorce case for me not enough backbone toughness in negotiation . he cannot take any swearing or yelling or disagreement with his client in his office. he does not realize peoples lives are at stake. $260.00 an hour he is not worth half of that. i would never recommend him . he needs to stick to the easy slam dunk cases in which he could handle.
Britt minimized my case, suggesting the solution would be straight forward and easy. He failed to take into consideration my needs, concerns and the potential challenge with the counter party. He agreed to take on my case, proceeded to communicate with the opposing party without verifying the content of the communication with me to ensure that it would adequately and accurately represent me and what we discussed. Additionally, he moved firms during this time and did not have the decency to tell me when we met in person the day before a letter announcing the switch would be less than 10 days later. Meanwhile, the responses were delayed with more than a week between communications. He is not responsive, and does not keep you updated on the status of your case. He takes on too many cases, and still agrees to take on more. He is disrespectful of your time and inconsiderate of you as a human being. Britt was not willing to fight for me, especially as a woman.
